Unlike other websites that require you to ship products to India, we accept returns in our USA warehouse as well, making it practical to send the item back. Our aim is to provide you the best products and service. In doing so, we need to implement certain fair policies to help keep our costs low and control waste.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellation requests must be received within 24-48 hours of placing your order, in which case we will be able to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are not guaranteed as the order may already be in process. Please call or email us at (201) 733-3934 or support@karmaplace.com immediately in case of cancellations.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS: In the rare event you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will gladly reimburse you the full amount you paid for the product via your original mode of payment. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product by email or SMS with the pictures showing the issue and we will immediately arrange for a resolution. Please note we do keep records and pictures of every item as it is packed to assure full and thorough investigation and accountability of any issue.
GENERAL RETURNS: We understand, sometimes things may just not work out. In such cases you can contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return your product to our USA warehouse within 15 days for a store credit or exchange. Return Merchandise can be shipped to our New Jersey, USA or Mumbai, India warehouse, whichever is more convenient (address will be provided with your RMA number).

REFUND ON ORIGINAL SHIPPING: Original shipping fees paid may not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING & SHIPPING REFUND: USA customers may request a return shipping label for $10.00 per item which may be deducted from the refund/credit amount. Customers may also ship the product on their own using a reliable mail service with tracking and marking the package with the approved RMA number given by our support team.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Products falling under certain categories may not be returned, these include:
- Any item that has been altered for a custom size or design, including dress material stitched to a standard size.
- Lehengas, Blouses, Men's & Women's Suits that have been “stitched” to Standard or Custom Size
- Jewelry due to hygiene reasons may not be returned
- Lingerie items
- Any item not in original packaging with tags intact may not be refunded
- Clearance Items

UNEXPECTED DELAYS: Occasionally, things may take a little longer than expected. In the event of any unexpected delays in your order we will contact you before shipping the order. In the event the item is not yet shipped and you choose to cancel the order due to the delay we will provide you with a full refund. Once shipped, however and in transit we will not be able to cancel the order. It is a good idea to always leave a few days buffer for when you require the item by.

BULK ORDERS: Orders of 3 or more products are considered as “Bulk.” We advise customers to please contact us about measurements and sizing to avoid any size or fit issue before purchasing in multiple quantity. Due to the volume and costs involved in bulk orders a re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your return.
